Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to every feature on your chosen plan during the trial period. If you do not upgrade, your help center stays online but editing is locked. You can upgrade at any time to resume editing and publishing.

What happens when I run out of Calli AI answers?

Your help center and all published articles continue to work normally. Calli stops responding to new questions until your monthly allowance resets on the 1st. Visitors can still search articles, read content, and use the contact form. On Pro and Business you can purchase additional answer packs from your dashboard. Enterprise customers have custom limits that can be adjusted at any time.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, the new features activate immediately and you are charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. No data is ever deleted when you change plans.

Do you charge per agent or per seat?

No. Helpable uses flat-rate pricing. Pro is $29/month regardless of how many people read your help center. Business is $79/month with unlimited team members. There are no per-user fees, no per-resolution charges, and no overage penalties. A team of 10 pays the same as a team of 1 on the same plan.

What is the difference between Pro and Business?

Pro gives you the full knowledge base platform: unlimited articles, custom domain, embeddable widget with Calli AI (250 answers/month), contact inbox, surveys, multilingual support, and full SEO. Business adds all AI Content Tools (AI Writer Plus, Bulk Localization, Smart FAQ Creator, and six more), unlimited team members with Admin and Editor roles, advanced analytics with content gap reports, and 2,000 Calli AI answers per month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual plans are available at a discount of two months free.
